3 jaar Maseda Support 🥳 Het afgelopen jaar he 3 jaar Maseda Support 🥳 Het afgelopen jaar heb ik weer een mooie ontwikkeling doorgemaakt. > Ben ik uit mijn comfortzone gegaan door naar netwerkbijeenkomsten te gaan en een Masterclass te geven. > Heb ik nee gezegd tegen een opdrachtgever die mijn grens overging en de samenwerking beëindigd. > Heb ik nee gezegd tegen werkzaamheden waar ik niet blij van word en mij geen energie geven. > Bied ik nu ook hosting en onderhoud van websites aan. > Heb ik trainingen gevolgd waar mijn klanten iets aan hadden of gewoon omdat ik het zelf leuk vond om te leren. Hoe mooi is het, dat ik dit zelf allemaal mag bepalen als ondernemer! In totaal heb ik al 47 opdrachtgevers mogen helpen, waarvan dit jaar al 3 nieuwe opdrachtgevers. De maand is nog maar net begonnen! Ik mag nu dan ook met trots zeggen dat bijna alles via mijn eigen netwerk komt. Echt concrete plannen heb ik nog niet voor 2023. “Go with the flow” zeg ik altijd maar. Ik ga zien wat er op mijn pad komt. Ben jij dat misschien? Altijd even bijkomen van het laat naar bed gaan. Ik kijk dan echt uit naar wat de nieuwe week weer gaat brengen, en welke klanten ik weer blij mag maken met mijn technisch support. Bij de 200 volgers heb ik al wat fun facts over me Bij de 200 volgers heb ik al wat fun facts over mezelf gedeeld. Nu heb ik al een tijd 400 volgers en ga ik wat gewone feiten met jullie delen. Ik ben 48 jaar en woon met mijn man Marcel en kinderen van 17 (Joshua) en 15 (Yago). Onze Golden retriever (Cooper) en Podenco (Tango) wonen hier ook. Ruim 20 jaar heb ik als Management Assistant gewerkt voor verschillende organisaties. Hier miste ik altijd de uitdaging en had ik een bore-out 😉. Bij mijn laatste werkgever was ik na een langdurige ziekte net weer 2 weken volledig aan het werk en werd ik boventallig verklaard. De timing was waardeloos maar met mijn positieve instelling zag ik het al snel als een nieuw begin. Ik vond super snel ander werk als interim Office Manager. Ik wilde geen vaste baan meer want in mijn hoofd was ik al plannen aan het maken om voor mezelf te beginnen. In januari 2020 heb ik me ingeschreven bij de KvK als Virtual Assistant | Interim Assistant voor Office Support. Ik heb de certificaten van VA School en Technische VA opleiding behaald. In 2021 heb ik dan ook mijn KvK inschrijving aangepast naar Technisch VA. Het werk dat ik nu doe is super leuk en zeker nooit saai. Ik heb al 37 opdrachtgevers mogen helpen met mijn diensten.
